Terms & Conditions

  • All services packages work on a monthly subscription, no minimum buy in, opt out at any point.

  • The services listed exclude any costs for food/litter/treats/toys/travel.

  • Rates based on a two cat household - for more kitties/trays etc a small surcharge may apply - this is to be discussed & agreed with Bas&Boo and the client

  • All cleaning products provided by Bas&Boo, access to hot water and a toilet required at each visit.

  • For Gold/Platinum clients, all litter, food or treats ordered will be delivered to clients address & client informed of delivery date.

  • All litter/food/treats/toys will be invoiced to the client monthly. A budget for these will be agreed in advance with the client.

  • For Gold/Platinum clients, all groomers booked will be an at home grooming service, a quote will be provided/agreed before booking.

  • For Gold/Platinum clients, all vet health check ups will be scheduled for you by Bas & Boo and client informed as to when the Bas&Boo sitter will collect your kitty for its vet visit.

  • All travel to & back from the vet will be charged to the client as an extra and on a monthly invoice.

  • All vet bills, meds or sundries paid for at vet visits will be charged to the client as an extra and on a monthly invoice.

  • All ‘free’ weekend visits included in your gold/platinum service are for regular weekend visits only[4 visits max per weekend] and do not include school half terms, bank holidays, summer holidays [all August dates] or Christmas [all December dates]
