This is a service for our clients who appreciate a service that gives them their time back.

We’re pretty sure you would rather spend your Saturday morning with your loved ones in a park, cafe or art gallery rather than scrubbing out litter trays!. We completely understand [and truly don’t mind scrubbing trays & doing all the little extras bits for your cat]

Bas&Boo’s ‘Kitty Concierge Service’ will give you your time back and your kitty/kitties treated like the royalty they are.

All services packages below work on a monthly subscription, no minimum buy in, opt out at any point. The services listed exclude any costs for food/litter/treats/toys/travel. Rates based on a two cat household - for more kitties/trays etc a small surcharge may apply (T&C’s below):

Silver

£75 p/m

  • Full litter tray/robot, mats and surrounding area scrub & clean twice a month

  • Full cat food/water bowls/fountains, food mats and area scrub & clean twice a month

  • Playtime with your kitties at each visit

  • Recommendations for any food, water, litter bowls/trays, toys or behaviour help that may be of benefit to your kitties and your home

Gold

£150 p/m

  • Full litter tray/robot, mats and surrounding area scrub & clean twice a month

  • Full cat food/water bowls/fountains, food mats and area scrub & clean twice a month

  • Playtime with your kitties at each visit

  • Litter & Food ordered for you

  • New toys & treats ordered for you

  • INCLUDES - 2 free weekends worth of visits per year [Fri-Sun, bank, school and Christmas holidays excluded]

  • Recommendations for any food, water, litter bowls/trays, toys or behaviour help that may be of benefit to your kitties and your home

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - All cleaning products provided by Bas&Boo, access to hot water and a toilet required at each visit. For Gold/Platinum clients, all litter, food or treats ordered will be delivered to clients address & client informed of delivery date. All litter/food/treats/toys will be invoiced to the client monthly. A budget for these will be agreed in advance with the client. For Gold/Platinum clients, all boomers booked will be an at home grooming service, a quote will be provided/agreed before booking. For Gold/Platinum clients, all vet health check ups will be scheduled for you by Bas & Boo and client informed as to when the Bas&Boo sitter will collect your kitty for its vet visit. All travel to & back from the vet will be charged to the client as an extra and on a monthly invoice. All vet bills, meds or sundries paid for at vet visits will be charged to the client as an extra and on a monthly invoice. All ‘free’ weekend visits included in your gold/platinum service are for regular weekend visits only[4 visits max per weekend] and do not include school half terms, bank holidays, summer holidays [all August dates] or Christmas [all December dates]

Platinum

£300 p/m

  • Full litter tray/robot, mats and surrounding area scrub & clean twice a month

  • Full cat food/water bowls/fountains, food mats and area scrub & clean twice a month

  • Playtime with your kitties at each visit

  • Litter & Food ordered for you

  • New toy & treats ordered for you

  • Groomer booked for you [if needed

  • All non emergency vet visits booked & any meds or health related requirements sorted

  • Sitter will take your kitty/kitties to vet twice per year for checkups

  • INCLUDES - 4 free weekends worth of visits per year [Fri-Sun only with bank, school and Christmas holidays excluded]
